Not all real estate agents are created equal.  To succeed, you have to stand out from the crowd, be innovative, and genuinely love what you do.  Everyone can tell when Kelley McIntyre walks into a room: Her enthusiasm and approachability are apparent to everyone she meets.  Combined with consistent awards and recognition for sales performance, Kelley has built an enviable real estate practice by connecting with people and delivering consistent results in all sorts of market conditions.  A career in real estate was a natural fit for Kelley’s people-focused approach and ability to build a network of clients and colleagues that brings people together.

 

Kelley is passionate that professionals can – and should – improve their communities through volunteerism and financial support of causes important to them.  As a long-term Realtor® with Royal LePage Triland, Kelley has used her professional connections and enthusiasm to support organizations in the London area.  Raising funds for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and volunteering at Anova and My Sister’s Place, two London women’s shelters, are an integral part of Kelley’s professional values.  Kelley’s work has been recognized by her peers, and she was awarded the prestigious 2014 Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Award for her fundraising to support at-risk women and children.

Born and raised in London, Michael obtained degrees in engineering and business before working on Bay Street in corporate finance. While nobody likes a properly formatted spreadsheet like Michael – nobody – he missed engaging with people and the challenge of solving problems in person, in real time. As luck would have it Michael returned to London to start his career in real estate and never looked back.

Michael believes that real estate can be done differently, and that successful businesses contribute to their communities and help lift everyone up. “Buying or selling a home can be stressful and emotional. I’m there for my clients every step of the way, and I provide the best information I can so that they can feel confident in the choices they make,” Michael says. He is equally proud that his track record of success has allowed him to support his clients while he supports great causes in London. Navigating the real estate market can be tricky; Michael is ready to guide you through it.

Michael is an avid tennis player, a swimmer, a golfer, and a cook (although he’s more of an enthusiast than a pro).

Elliot Walker

Administrative Assistant

Elliot brings her marketing savvy and a keen eye for detail to Kelley’s real estate practice.  After moving from Timmins to the Forest City to attend Fanshawe College, Elliot loved London and decided to stay.  After completing multiple marketing diplomas, Elliot graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree focused on digital marketing.  While working as a web developer, Elliot and Kelley crossed paths and immediately hit it off. But a career in real estate? “I hadn’t really considered working in real estate until I met Kelley,” Elliot says.  “I love my job! Every day is something different and we’re always having fun while doing it!”

 

From staging to pictures, listings and everything in between, Elliot brings a customer-focused approach to helping Kelley and her clients succeed.
