A career in real estate was a natural fit for Kelley’s people-focused approach and ability to build a network of clients and colleagues that brings people together.
Kelley is passionate that professionals can – and should – improve their communities through volunteerism and financial support of causes important to them. As a long-term Realtor® with Royal LePage Triland, Kelley has used her professional connections and enthusiasm to support organizations in the London area. Raising funds for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and volunteering at Anova and My Sister’s Place, two London women’s shelters, are an integral part of Kelley’s professional values. Kelley’s work has been recognized by her peers, and she was awarded the prestigious 2014 Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Award for her fundraising to support at-risk women and children.

Born and raised in London, Michael obtained degrees in engineering and business before working on Bay Street in corporate finance. While nobody likes a properly formatted spreadsheet like Michael – nobody – he missed engaging with people and the challenge of solving problems in person, in real time. As luck would have it Michael returned to London to start his career in real estate and never looked back.
Michael believes that real estate can be done differently, and that successful businesses contribute to their communities and help lift everyone up. “Buying or selling a home can be stressful and emotional. I’m there for my clients every step of the way, and I provide the best information I can so that they can feel confident in the choices they make,” Michael says. He is equally proud that his track record of success has allowed him to support his clients while he supports great causes in London. Navigating the real estate market can be tricky; Michael is ready to guide you through it.
Michael is an avid tennis player, a swimmer, a golfer, and a cook (although he’s more of an enthusiast than a pro).
Justin Bullard grew up in real estate – literally. Coming from a family of Realtors gives Justin the perfect insight to join the KML Team as an Administrative Services member. A naturally outgoing people-person, Justin brings diverse work experiences and a natural curiosity to his role, along with an interest in art and architecture that is part of the draw of a career in real estate. What does Justin like about his job? “I guess I’m a jack of all trades, but I find working with people and helping them achieve their goals is the most rewarding,” he says. When Justin isn’t helping clients, you might find him painting, or in the great outdoors hiking, camping, or playing a round of golf.

After a career in the hectic, time-sensitive printing industry Mandy decided to bring her eye for detail and passion for customer service to a practice in real estate as a licensed REALTOR®. A long-time London resident, Mandy makes her home in London’s historic Woodfield neighbourhood. Her customers love her responsiveness and industry knowledge, helping the process of buying and selling be pain-free with as little stress as possible. Mandy takes her role as your guide to this fast-moving market seriously: She brings a sense of urgency to each transaction and will keep you informed every step of the way. When she isn’t working with clients, you might see her walking pooches Pippa and Arlo around the neighbourhood or enjoying dinner at her favourite restaurant (wild mushroom risotto at Ivy Ristorante… the best!).
